Rent an apartment in the shady part of town

You head to the dirtiest and shadiest part of the town, but on your way there you sell your paladin’s armor since that part of your life is over now and buy a simple green dress. You go through the winding alleyways and notice many a thug, beggar, and even some prostitutes eyeing you wearingly. On your way to a flat you heard is for rent, you get the attention of a well-dressed pudgy, man. “Hey girlie, where you off to?” You tell him that you are looking for a place to stay and he responds, “Well, it just so happens I got a place.” “What’s the rent?” You ask. He looks you up and down and he responds, “For you, free.” “What do you mean?” “Well, I could be persuaded to take the rent in trade.” As he says so he puts his hand on your back, and you get his meaning. You already fucked the guard, what is one more throw anyway?
You agree and follow the man down the winding alleyways. He leads you down a street with quite a few prostitutes and he takes you up some buildings stairs to a small flat on the 3rd floor. You can hear another woman moaning the floor above you, and you are very worried, but you’ve come this far. You undress yourself for him and his whistles at the sight of you. He takes you for the next several hours in multiple positions and you feel shameful at being so wanton, but it’s too late to turn back now. Your own moans now fill the room, eventually you collapse from the effort and fall asleep on the overweight man's belly.
When you wake up you:
