You lie still as Mama Kay snuggles against you.
"Mmmm," you murmur. "So how'd you get this place?"
"Lived here all my life," she whispers. "When my parents passed on, I became the caretaker. That line will end with me though. My daughter is a city girl."
"So you like it out here?" you ask.
"Love it," she replies. "So peaceful and isolated."
"How do you pay for expenses?"
"Bank interest. I'm richer than I look."
