You are standing in line, ready to board this flight and get this over with. You are going on a vacation with some family and you're excited about the destination, but not the flight overseas. As you are about to board a small woman walks up to you.
"Excuse me, I'm so sorry about this, but the area you are traveling to requires certain safety forms, and yours has been lost due to a staff mishap. Would you please fill this out for me?" she asks, handing you a green paper with lots of boxes.
