You get up and step away from your mother as she adjusts her clothing.

“Stop. J-just pretend this never happened.” Your mom interrupts as she walks out of the kitchen.
You're left alone in your room as the seconds turns into hours. You collapse onto your bed, wanting to disappear into the sheets. You eventually fall asleep and awaken to sunlight in your eyes.
