You walk over to one of the chamber workers.
"Um, what's with the children getting to leave?" You ask.
"Well," He starts. "Vladmir has decided that the most promising children should get a chance to become true members of the Cult, and not sleeper agents. To do this we let members adopt the children. But, the children are only put up for month after they're seventh birthday. If that time passes, they get put in to regular training."
"So, do you choose the parents?"
"Nope, they have to come. And, since most of our members gave they're children here in the first place, it's pretty rare." He explains. You ponder this. If you take a child, you couldn't turn it into a Sacrifice, because your command is to raise it. But, raising a child to be as depraved and vicious as you feels very exciting. But, your mom would ask questions to no end.
