Fugitive Something/Look at the terrain outside

You move your head only a little, and are fortunately able to see the terrain ahead of the cart.
Most of it is a rocky wasteland (you can see why the cart keeps making those loud BUMPing noises now), but you can see something white, along with a tall tree overlooking it, in the distance. The cart appears to be going in the direction of the tree. In addition, to the far right, you can see that there is a large hill with a lone lookout patrolling the area nearby. You cannot make out the lookout's features.
What do you do?
- Fugitive Something/Try to remember how you got here
- Fugitive Something/Formulate a plan to escape from the area
- Fugitive Something/Jump out of the cart and run
