When there was talk about Congress abolishing consent for women and making it legal for them to be used without their permission, no one thought it would ever come even close to happening. Well, here we are. The "Free-Use" bill has now been signed into law and with it a chance. Any unwed woman over the age of 18 in public and not accompanied by a man has no power of consent and may be used in any sexual manner.
