Who am i talking to, myself, there is no else around here, and i'm alone in my TARDIS, and I AM BORED. I want to do something. Alright enough of this talking to myself this is just getting weird."

you quickly walk from the library pool where you were napping, down the coridor, through the fifth door on the right (not the one you think it is, but the one you don't think it is) past the kitchen, through the badmittne courts, and finally arive in the center councle of the TARDIS.
