There is a surprisingly heavy traffic coming from both directions, mostly Pickups and SUVs and the occasional agricultural vehicle. The road cuts through woodland as far as the eye can see; the cabin is secluded with no one around. Car after car passes by, preventing Julianne from turning. On your side, there is no end. What about the direction on the driver's side? Drat, there are just as many cars appearing at the small peak in the distance. Just when you want to resign and want to reach for your mobile to wait it out, you notice your mother scratches her right leg with her left hand (her right hand at the wheel).
