Dirty Me/Go ahead and accept the party invitation

From Create Your Own Story

You decide to go to the party. It has been a while since you have been to a party, since you stopped using drugs. You have always been afraid that if you went to one, you would end up relapsing. However, now you feel you can handle it. Besides, you doubt you will drink or use anything.

You look through your closet, trying to find the perfect outfit for the party.

After looking, you decide which outfit you want to wear to make sure you make a good impression.

You sit in front of the mirror, applying your makeup. Your lash extensions, contacts to make your eyes look bigger. Pink lipstick to make your lips look fuller. The foundation, the mascara. Once it is done, you look older, even more attractive.

Now it is time for your clothes. You already know which outfit you are wearing, just the perfect one. You slip on your white bikini bottoms, followed by your white tube top. Finally, you slip on your white lace romper, V cut to below your belly button. Finally, your white, fuzzy boots. Checking yourself in the mirror, you are perfect, ready for the party.

You arrive at the party, but still do not recognize the house. It is at the south side, so you don't really know anyone here.

Calling your friend and letting her know you have arrived, she meets you at the front door.

"Oh My God! I love your outfit," she gushes. She leads you deeper into the house, and you two catch up on what has been happening since break started.

She sympathizes with you about the camping trip, and tells you about her new boyfriend.

"He is the best. So strong, and handsome. He is also so sweet." You chuckle a little at all this. Knowing her, it will last a couple weeks, then she will get mad and break up with him. You discovered long ago that all men are the same anyways, so don't even bother trying. But your friend, she gets upset by one little thing and poof, it is over.

Finally, you two finish catching up and she disappears, going and visiting with some other friends. Since you don't know them, you just stay on the couch.

After a while, you notice a guy checking you out. The way most people at your school treat you, you sometimes forget that you are far from ugly. Once he notices that you are paying attention, he grabs a second cheap, red, plastic cup and sits next to you.

You look at him carefully, feeling awkward. He has a strong jaw, with blue eyes and golden blond hair. His shoulders are wide, like they belong in football gear. His hair is about three inches long, parted down the middle, and a bit wild. He almost looks like a model with his good looks. Someone way out of your league.

"Hello. I couldn't help but notice you are alone," he states, showing that he at least has a grasp of the obvious.

"Yes," you reply. "My friend told me about this party, and then disappeared. I don't know anyone else here."

He introduces himself to you. High school wrestling, football. The all American boy.

"Well, now you know me," he states, offering a winning smile.

You find yourself slightly confused and tell him so. "Sorry, I am not used to strange guys coming up and talking to me. Especially one as good looking as you."

You realize you just said that out loud and turn a bright red. He throws back his head and laughs out loud. "Funny and beautiful. You must be joking with me. I bet the guys at your school are all over you."

You bite your tongue, deciding not to argue with him.

He hands you the cheap, red plastic cup. "Here, a drink for you. We should get to know each other better."

You take the drink and can smell beer in the cup. Unfortunately, you know that you shouldn't drink. You battled addiction for over 3 years, and have less than one year sober. The last thing you need is to start drinking. Still, one beer couldn't hurt, could it? But, why does thinking of drinking it make you feel like you are doing something horrible? You really want to say no, but at the same time, don't want to offend him.
