Continue unbuttoning his shirt

"Showing you what comes after a kiss," you reply. "Here's your reward." The boy scout struggles a little but you pin him and keep unbuttoning. When you pull his shirt open, he freezes. There's a silence between you and the only sound in the room is your simultaneous panting. The boy is filled with nervousness and you just lay above him, admiring his smooth chest and belly. You touch his stomach and he squirms away from you as much as he can (which isn't much). Realizing he can't escape, he allows you to place your hand back where it was and run it across his soft skin. You grasp his open shirt and pull it off of him, bringing your head down to his chest as you do so. The boy tenses up again. You blow on his chest and see him get chills. You then close the gap and kiss his chest. You move down the ribs to his smooth, hairless belly and lick him. He tastes good but continues to shake beneath you. He panics. You look up at his face still frozen in fear.
