You find a narrow goat trail down into the ravine. Mmmm...goat. But that's not what you find when you reach the rocky bottom of the ravine. You see evidence of a flash flood in the recent past, great twisted piles of tangled roots and branches--trees that were ripped from the ground somewhere farther into the mountains and swept down here in a torrent of rushing water--and standing in the space between two piles is a bronze and gold terrestrial forest dragon.
You freeze, your heart pounding at the sight of your mortal enemy, one of the few creatures who would dare to hunt an orc.
