You simply tell him in a calm, polite tone that there is absolutely no law preventing you from walking around naked. You know perfectly well that in this world with everyone having hyper libido, he would have taken advantage of you, and you would not have held it against him since everyone would do the same.
"Damn, everyone has to be a fucking lawyer these days. I guess you don't want to have any fun, huh?", he sighs.
