Jessica gives her a long look. "You weren't being serious, I hope," she says.
"What if I was?" Mom asks. "Don't you want a few tips from an experienced woman?"
Jessica looks like she's in shock. "Um..." she stammers.
"I'd love to join you," Mom says. "Or at least watch. You know how lonely I am? The only action I've had in the past 5 years has been with something plastic."
