"Do you come here often?" you ask her. Yeah, it's a cheesy small-talk line, but it's good to start off simple, right?

"Quite a lot, actually...I check out two books from here every week," she says, looking around at the massive library. "I guess that makes me a nerd, huh...?"

You chuckle. "Nothing wrong with that. In fact, nerdy types are usually really cute."

Kristen softly bites her lip, noticing the gist behind your comment immediately, her tail flicking back and forth. "I suppose so..." she mumbles.
