2KW Just Another Night (2009) or 2KW Just Another Night V was a wrestling free-per-view event produced by 2KW, which took place on November 14, 2009 in Staten Island, New York. It was their fifth edition under their flagship spectacular known as Just Another Night, and one of two events produced in the year being second to Divided We Stand which occured in April. Originally to take place on June 27, circumstances had arose and forced the show to a subsequent date.

Background
Initially planned for June 27, 2009, the event was postponed with the event and match card to take place at another set date, however, it had not took place. Subsequently the event was announced for November 14, 2009 which featured nine wrestling matches, three of which were championship matches. During the event, the performers portray heels and faces as matches are booked and scripted in advance with pre-determined outcomes arranged by the booker and creative of the promotion.
