The RLSW World Championship is a backyard wrestling primary championship in Round Lake Syndicate Wrestling. It is the top prize in the federation and is referred to as a "world" championship, which in an inside citation to the "world" of RLSW. The term "heavyweight" is also included but has been omitted in the title name since there is scarcely any heavyweights in the organization. The RLSW Heavyweight Championship belt is one of few custom made championships (that are officially made) from tabcbelts.com

The current champion is Thor, who is in his second reign. He won the title by defeating Drake Cannon at Strive Ep.59 on March 26th, 2009 in Round Lake, New York.
