History
Origination
The title was introduced during the GBYWN Promo Challenge in 2008, where Matt Knicks proclaimed himself the first champion, as the title was created by him. Factually, in 2007, Cassius Chaos was the first to pitch the concept of community championships designed to represent GBYWN, which was the original GBYWN Championship (now GBYWN West Coast Championship). The GBYWN World Heavyweight Title now remains the top tier community title.
