The first show began with Stone Hardy pulling up to the show and being meet by ??????. ????? Asked Stone Hardy who he was and why was he here. Stone Hardy replied saying he was the GM and asked who he was, ????? replied saying he was the GM. They both called for suredy, but when they showed up they forced Stone Hardy away from the show. ????? was then seen in the ring about to call the matches for tonight, but Stone Hardy attacked him from behind. The following week. Real World Entertainment stated that a mix up happened when Stone Hardy was awarded the GM spot by Steven Hardy and ????? was awarded the spot by Them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are a part of a confirmation of work to be performed by Hardy Tree Service, and with the information on the front, constitute entire agreement.
Performance By Hardy Tree Service Work crews will arrive at the job site unannounced unless otherwise noted here. Hardy Tree Service shall attempt to meet all scheduled dates, but shall not be liable for damages due to delays for inclement weather or other causes beyond its control. The customer shall not be relieved of his responsibility because of delays.
WORKMANSHIP All work will be performed in a professional manner by experienced personnel outfitted with appropriate tools and equipment to complete the job properly. Unless otherwise indicated herein, Hardy Tree Service will remove wood, brush, and debris incidental to the work.
INSURANCE Hardy Tree Service is insured for liability resulting from injury to persons or property, and Workers Compensation Insurance coverage for all its employees.
OWNERSHIP The customer warrants that all trees, and property, upon which work is to be performed, are either owned by him or that permission for the work has been obtained from the owner. Hardy Tree Service is to be held harmless from all claims for damages resulting from the customer’s failure to obtain such permission.
TERMS OF PAYMENT All accounts are net payable upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the completion of work. A deposit (down payment) of 25 % will be required before start of work. A service charge of 1 ½ % per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18 %, will be added to accounts thirty days after invoice date. If outside assistance is used to collect the amount, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the collection including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and court costs.
PROERTY LINES-RESTRICTIONS Customer shall indicate to Hardy Tree Service the corners of the property and shall assume all responsibility for accuracy of markers. Customer shall give a copy to Hardy Tree Service of any restrictions, easements, or right of ways prior to commencement.
CONCEALED UTILITY LINES Customer represents that he has no knowledge of any concealed utility lines, other than those, if any, set forth on the face page of this agreement as a special remark.
ACCESS TO WORK Customer shall provide free access to work areas for Hardy Tree Service’s to employees and vehicles and agrees to keep driveways clear and available for movement and parking of required trucks and equipment during normal work hours. Hardy Tree Service’s employees shall not be expected to keep gates closed for animals or children.
CONCEALED CONTINGENCIES Customer agrees to pay Hardy Tree Service on a time and materials basis for any additional work required to complete the job occasioned by concrete, or other foreign matter, or stinging insects nests in the trees or branches, rock, pipe, or electrical lines encountered in the excavations and not described on the face of this agreement, or any other condition not apparent in estimating the work specified.
STUMP REMOVAL Stumps will be cut to within approximately twelve (12) inches of ground level unless specified to the contrary on the face page of this agreement. Stump removal is not included in the agreement unless specifically provided for on the face page hereof.
Cancellation You may terminate your agreement with Hardy Tree Service at any time up to 60 business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) previous to the date of scheduled service by providing written notice of cancellation to Hardy Tree Service. Failure to cancel the agreement within 24 hours in advance of scheduled service will result in forfeit of deposit.
Working with Nature Trees and plants are natural, living organisms affected by factors beyond human control. No guarantee on trees, plants or general landscape safety, health or condition is expressed or implied.
Withdrawal of Proposal by Hardy Tree Service Proposals for work expire within 30 days of estimate. In addition, Hardy Tree Service reserves the right to withdraw a proposal for work for any reason upon verbal and/or written notification to the authorized signer. In cases where Hardy Tree Service withdraws its proposal (before work begun), all deposits and payments will be refunded in full to the client. If the work had already begun, then we will determine individually if there will be a partial charge, this will depend mostly on the reasons we were forced to stop work. Hardy Tree Service holds the right to terminate work agreements, including but not limited to, hostile work environments, threats, no deposit, discovery of utility line conflicts, etc.
Lawn Repair Hardy Tree Service will attempt to minimize all disturbances to the customer’s lawn. However Hardy Tree Service must utilize vehicles & equipment to perform tree care service. Hardy Tree Service shall not be liable for damages to landscaping, sod, plant material in execution of its work or causes beyond its control (Examples: Ruts in yard due to wet conditions, falling limbs on lawn or flowerbeds, cracking of paved surfaces and/or sidewalk due to weight of trucks/equipments etc).
