Steven Matthew Hardy (Born October 26, 1986), better known by his ring name, Steven Hardy, is an American backyard wrestler currently wrestling with (BWE) Backyard Wrestling Entertainment.
In Backyard Wrestling, Steven Hardy is a Ten time World Champion, having won the HWO World Championship, the HWO World Heavyweight Championship eight times and the BWE Championship once. In addition to his world title reigns, Steven Hardy has also won the HWO Championship three times, the HWO State Championship twice, the LBYW Championship three times, the GBYWN Mid-South Championship twice, and the HWO Tag Team Championship once with Storman Norman.
Steven Hardy initially came to prominence through his career in Hardcore Wrestling Organization from 2004 until 2009. Steven Hardy, however, decided to start up his own federation in late 2009.
Career Start
Steven Hardy started his career in 1992 at the age of 6 performing daredevil stunts like swanton bombs off top of houses, getting set on fire, getting hit with chairs & most of all being hanged by the nack.
Steven Hardy was first see through out youtube in the backyard wrestling federation known as (HWO). introduced as a contender for the HWO World Heavyweight Championship. Since then he has come to be a multiple time world champion in federation such as HWO, LBYW & GBYWN, he has defeated such superstars as Stone Hardy, The Joker, The Kid and Nick weston to earn his many titles. Steven Hardy has been successful in every venture.
Steven Hardy also has many firsts to his credit. Aside from being the originator of the Hell's Chamber, The Hell's Pit and The Crucifixion match. he has also taken part in the inaugural Hell's Chamber match against Stone Hardy – as well as the first-ever Crucifixion match. In August of 2008 Steven Hardy became the first-ever LBYW Champion and in April of 2009 he became the first person to win the GBYWN Mid-South Championship.
Steven Hardy is also a multiple award winning backyarder. Winning awards from GBYWN, LBYW and BWI.

Feud with The Joker
Steven Hardy and The Joker Fueded in 2004 to crown the first-ever HWO Champion, as the match went on The Joker went for a F-U, but was hit with an RKO instand allowing Steven Hardy to hit a senton bomb off the house for the win. After, a couple months of trying to win the HWO Championship The Joker finally won the championship in march of 2005.
2007
Feud With Stone Hardy
Steven Hardy and Stone Hardy went head to head in the first ever HWO match. Its was also the first ever Full Metal match. The two battled it out for nearly of full hour, but near the end Stone Hardy's ribs got damaged when Steven Hardy failed a moonsuit and that allowed Steven Hardy to pick up the win and become the first ever HWO world heavyweight champion. Stone Hardy would later challenge Steven Hardy to a rematch, but The Joker was the #1 contender for the title. So Steven Hardy was force to defend the title in a 3 way match against both Stone Hardy and The Joker. The match was with out loss, a great match Stone Hardy and The Joker put up a hell of a fight, but in the end as Stone Hardy went to get a weapion from another yard, Steven Hardy defeated The Joker with a O-Reven face buster. Stone Hardy displeased with the ending to the match attacked Steven Hardy after the match leading to the two facing each other once again for the world title.

Steven Hardy started off with the upper hand, but as the match went on the nonstop risk taking allowed Stone Hardy to turn the match around, but his ribs was damaged midway into the match from Steven Hardy hitting an O-reven face buster off the ladder, while Stone Hardy was laying on other ladder with a metal door and a chair laying on top of him, but in the end Steven Hardy's high risk taking would mean his down fell as he risked a swanton bomb off the ladder Stone Hardy moved and pick up the win for the world title. Steven Hardy using his rematch to gain a chance at winning back the HWO World Heavyweight Championship. Steven Hardy and Stone Hardy faced off in a special guest referee match, where The Animal was the guest referee and a former rival of Stone Hardy. The match was going back and front until The Animal attacked Stone Hardy costing him the title. Stone Hardy came to the yard and chellenged Steven Hardy to an ironman match saying if he lost he agreed that this match would end there rivalry for the world title. Steven Hardy accepted the match and The bluemoon made his return as the special guest referee, both wrestlers went at it from the very beginning with both wrestlers gaining pinfalls, but in the end both Steven Hardy & Stone Hardy attacked The Bluemoon the special guest referee. ending the match with Steven Hardy having more pins and retaining the world title. After, The Joker had retired from backyarding as the holder of all 3 HWO Championships, Steven Hardy had made the choice to end HWO for good, Stone Hardy did not agree and keep talking shit behind Steven Hardys back, Saying he is only scared of what Stone Hardy would do to him. So Steven Hardy agreed to return and this started a second rivalry between the two, Stone Hardy chellenged Steven Hardy to a humen torch match a match Steven Hardy just lost to The Joker, but Steven Hardy accepted and the two battled it out for the world title, the match ended the same way as the lost humen torch match with Steven Hardy going for a suplux off a ladder, but Stone Hardy turned it around and supluxed him off the ladder and setting him on fire 3 times. Steven Hardy Challenged Stone Hardy to a Table match and the two would battle it out with Stone nearly winning many times during the match, but Steven Hardy would end up with the win by hitting a senton bomb off a 15th ladder. Stone Hardy challenged Steven Hardy to a Ladder Match for the World title, the match was going both ways until Steven Hardy got powerbombed through a table and Stone Hardy won the match. Steven Hardy challenged Stone Hardy to a 2 out of 3 Falls match for his rematch and to end there feud for good, Steven Hardy defeated Stone Hardy to win the world title back and ended there feud.
Feud With The Joker
The Joker had attacked Steven Hardy backstage before an event stating ether he got a title shot or he quits backyarding. So Steven Hardy gave The Joker a shot at the World title in a Full Metal match, Both wrestlers battled there hardest, but in the end The Joker hits his finisher off top of a ladder to pick up the win and his first world title. On the next HWO taping The Joker came out to the yard stating he would defend the title anywhere at anytime,Steven Hardy music hits and makes his way to the yard Steven Hardy called him out on his statement chellenging him to a Table match. A match type Steven Hardy has never lost, The Joker staying true to his word accepted his chellenge. The match started off great both wrestlers going back and front at each other at the end of the match Steven Hardy won by back droping The Joker off a ladder through a table winning back the world title. The Joker came out to the yard chellenging Steven Hardy to a rematch, Steven Hardy came out and accepted it, but saying it would be under a match type thats only been done once before Steven Hardy stated the match would be a humen torch match. Steven Hardy chellenged both Stone Hardy & The Joker to a triple threat match where all the titles would be on the line. both of them accepted the match and the three battled it out for an hour Steven Hardy busted The Joker(s) head open, taking him out of the match for awhile, but in the end Steven Hardy hit Stone Hardy with a senton bomb, but The Joker rolled him up into his finisher The F-U where he pinned both Steven Hardy & Stone Hardy to become the first-ever triple crown champion and the first-ever HWO State Champion. Steven Hardy upset about losing the triple threat match chellenged The Joker to a buried alive match to end there rivalry once and for all. The Joker accepted and the match started off as an awesome wrestling match, but soon turned into an all out battle. Steven Hardy went for a senton bomb while The Joker was laying on another ladder, but The Joker rolled off and Steven Hardy hit nothing but ladder, this marked the turn around and The Joker took it and destoryed Steven Hardy F-Uing him into the grave and buried him alive.
2008
Feud with Stone Hardy (2008)
After , Steven Hardy lost the title back to Stone Hardy in a singles match in March, he challenged him to a rematch in a I Quit match where he Won the title back, Stone Hardy tied to win back the title in a Ladder match, but didn't go to plan as Steven Hardy retained the title, So Stone Hardy challenged Steven Hardy to a First Blood match where he would attack Steven Hardy from behind and busted a light bulb on his back cutting him open allowing him to win back the title, Steven Hardy would ask for his rematch in a Last man Standing match the match looked as if Stone Hardy was gonna win after he hit Steven Hardy in the head with a bat and Steven Hardy fell 10ft off a Ladder through the back window of a car, but to Stone Hardy surprize Steven Hardy was able to make it to his feet and would end up hitting Stone with a Senton Bomb and as it seemed as both wrestlers wouldn't make it to there feet Steven Hardy was able to pull his self up and win back the title.
4 Times The Champion
After Steven Hardy won back the World title, and was done feuding with Stone Hardy, he had already won the HWO Championship, HWO State Championship and the LBYW Championship, making him the only Backyard wrestler known to ever hold 4 Championships at once. Steven Hardy would go on to defend 3 of his championships against The Kid in a 2 out of 3 falls match, where in every match one of Steven Hardy's championships was one the line in the first match Steven Hardy defended the HWO Championship, in the second match he defended the HWO World Heavyweight Championship, and if it went to the last match Steven Hardy would defend his LBYW Championship. As it looked as if Steven Hardy would win the first match The Kid hit him with a spear out of nowhere an then a slice bread to get the pin fall, Steven Hardy where then pick up the next win by putting The Kid through a table, the last match was a match where the outcome wasn't pre-determined and in the end, Steven Hardy was able to make The Kid tap out with a boston crab retaining the LBYW Championship and winning the 2 out of 3 falls match. After that Steven Hardy would defend 3 more Championship in the same type of match against Stone Hardy, in the first match the HWO State Championship would be defended in a ladder match, in the second match the HWO World Heavyweight Championship would be on the line in a tables match, and if it went to the last match, the LBYW Championship would be defended in a singles match. Stone Hardy won the Ladder match and the HWO State Championship pushing Steven Hardy off the Ladder. After Steven Hardy hulked up he Jackhammered Stone Hardy through the table to retain the HWO Heavyweight Championship, after a long battle Steven Hardy would win the last match and the 2 out of 3 falls match with a TKO through a table.
2009
End of HWO
Steven Hardy lose many titles in the months leading to the end of HWO. He defended & lose the HWO World Heavyweight Championship against The Kid in a singles match, but 2 weeks later, he won the title back in the first ever HWO Backyard Rumble. Steven Hardy would then defend and lose the title against Stone Hardy 5 months later. He defended and lose the LBYW Championship against Storman Norman, and defended and lose the GBYWN Mid-South Championship against The Kid. However, Steven Hardy teamed with Storman Norman to defeat Stone Hardy and The Kid to become the first and last HWO Tag Team Champions. He than defeated The Punisher on the lost event of HWO to become the lost ever HWO Champion.

BWE Championship Tournament

BWE held its first event on November 9, 2009. Where they held a tournament to crown the first ever BWE Champion. During the first round Jimmy Nitro defeated his brother Johnny Nitro, Stone Hardy defeated Criss Chaos & Steven Hardy defeated The Kid, After the match Stone Hardy and Jimmy Nitro entered the ring. Stone Hardy then helped Steven Hardy to his feet, while Jimmy Nitro helped The Kid to his feet. Stone Hardy out of nowhere grabbed The Kid and thru him out of the ring with force. Criss Chaos mad about him attacking his family then attacked Stone Hardy. Both Steven Hardy and Jimmy Nitro then came to the save of Stone Hardy helped him beat down Criss Chaos. Jimmy Nitro then hugged Stone Hardy, but then refused to shake Steven Hardys Hand and out of nowhere Steven Hardy hit Jimmy Nitro with the Bang, and then made his leave, Stone Hardy then helped Jimmy Nitro to his feet. A week later, The Kid wanted Stone Hardy in a one-on-one match for attacking him the week before, while The Punisher wanted Steven Hardy for attacking Jimmy Nitro. The Punisher failed to beat Steven Hardy, so a week later Jimmy Nitro demanded a match against Steven Hardy. Steven Hardy ended the match in a no contest when he kidnapped Jimmy Nitro. A week later, Steven Hardy faced The Kid in a match where Criss Chaos interfered and got The Kid Dq'ed. Steven Hardy then kidnapped Criss Chaos. A week later, BWE: Raising The Bar, footage of Jimmy Nitro being tortured by Steven Hardy and saved by Criss Chaos was shown. After the footage, BWE GM came to the ring to make the matches. Jimmy Nitro enterd the ring and demanded to be removed from the match from fear of Steven Hardy kidnapping him agian. The BWE GM agreed and place Jimmy Nitro & Criss chaos in a Tag Team match against Tank & Captain Pain for the BWE Tag Team Championship. Tank and Captain pain won the match and became the first ever BWE Tag Team Championship. Stone Hardy defeated Steven Hardy in the main event to become the first ever BWe Championship, after The New Blood of Backyard Wrestling interfered and hit Steven Hardy in the head with the championship belt.
2010

The first signs of The New Blood of Backyard Wrestling started showing during the couple episodes of BWE AfterShock. They official formed at BWE: Raising The Bar. Steven Hardy defeated The New Bloods leader The Kid for the LBYW Championship on the next After Shock where Tank handed Steven Hardy the title showing signs of Tank joining Steven Hardys in his war for respect. Captain Pain & Tank was then see attacking Criss Chaos & Jimmy Nitro this showned the official forming of Steven's Army. The Kid won a Fatel Four Way where the winner got a shot at his title, but if he won he could pick his opponent at BWE Redemption. He choice Captain Pain in hopes of getting pay back for him attacking his family Criss Chaos, but after he had picked him The Punisher attacked him saying The Kid promised him the match if he helped him win. Steven Hardy got himself DQ'ed at BWE: Redemption to retain the title against Jimmy Nitro, The Kid lose his GBYWN Mid-South Championship to Captain Pain, after the match The Punisher attacked The Kid changing sides to Steven's Army. Psychic had also attacked both The Kid and Captain Pain low blowing Captain Pain and stealing the GBYWN Mid-South Championship for the second time. Later in the show, Steven Hardy attacked Black Ice getting Stone Hardy DQ'ed, allowing him to retain the BWE Championship, he also attcked Stone Hardy claiming he was coming for his BWE Championship. The New Blood was given another chance to win the tag team titles, but only if both Jimmy Nitro & Criss Chaos won there matches against the tag team champions. Both Jimmy Nitro & Criss Chaos defeated Tank & Captain Pain, but Criss Chaos was later hurt in a match with the debuting Rose. The Kid then demanded a match against The Punisher for attacking him at Redemption. Later, The Punisher was able to defeat The Kid. Steven Hardy and Black Ice would then wrestle for the #1 Contendership of the BWE Championship, Steven Hardy defeat Black Ice with a Swanton Bomb, after Steven Hardy won the match music of a past wrestle hit, Steven Hardy seemed as if he was scared of the wrestlers return and ran out of the ring. Steven Hardy wrestled The Kid, in a leader vs. leader match, near end of the match The Kid counter Steven Hardy's finisher the Bang and hit him with a Stunner for the win, after the match the music played again, and Storman Norman returned and took action against Steven Hardy, Claiming he wanted the LBYW Championship back a title he never lose in a match. The Kid defeated Stone Hardy for the BWE Championship on the 14th episode of after shock. The next week, Steven Hardy defeated Stone Hardy for the #1 contendership. 2 weeks later at BWE: Red Alert, Steven Hardy defeated The Kid by DQ when Jimmy Nitro and Criss Chaos interfered attacking Steven Hardy, Stone Hardy ran in for the save taking out both Criss Chaos and Jimmy Nitro, while The Kid used that time to make his escape. Jimmy Nitro was placed in the Championship match against his New Blood leader & BWE Champion The Kid at BWE Wrestle Bash. Jimmy Nitro refused to lay down for The Kid and The Kid took action against him and was winning the match until Steven Hardy the referee at the time attacked The Kid and hit him with The Bang to help Jimmy Nitro win the championship. The week on After Shock, The Kid made his way to the ring and informed Nitro that do to Steven hardy's actions in the match, the ruling of that match was turned over by BWE Manegement. Jimmy Nitro was DQ for Steven Hardy's interferece in the match and The Kid was still BWE Champion. The Kid defeated Stone Hardy in a non title match at BWE: Breaking The Limits after Stone Hardy got himself DQ'ed by hitting The Kid with a chair, after Stone Hardy made his leave Steven Hardy entered the ring and cashed in his money in the bank shot and won the championship.
Fued with TSC
Not long after winning the tag team titles, TSC claimed there wasn't anyone who could challenge them and they trashed the titles by throwing them away. Tommy The Train than challenged Steven Hardy for the BWE Championship and Stevie Future challenged Stone Hardy for the BWE United States Championship. They both lose their matches, but Stevie Future challenged Stone Hardy again, only Stone Hardy walked out on the match and Stevie Future won by count out, but didn't win the title. BWE than place the two friends in a match to see who would challenge Steven Hardy for the BWE Championship. Tommy the Train won the match and challenged Steven Hardy for the title, but his friend interfered and attacked him costing him the title chaiming he is the future, only to be hit in the head with the title belt by Steven Hardy. Stevie Future came to the ring to tell the world why he attack his friend, saying they can be friends outside of the ring but in the ring it's all about him. Tommy the Train came to the ring and challenged him to a match later that night, but Stone Hardy's music hit and he made his way to the ring. Stone Hardy claim BWE has put the three of them in a match later to find a new #1 contender for the BWE Championship. It looked as if Stone Hardy was about to win the match before Reaper interfered and attacked Stone Hardy taking him out of the match. Stevie Future pinned Tommy The Train for the win. The next week Stevie Future challenged Steven Hardy for the title, and just as Steven Hardy had him pinned Tommy The Train attacked Stevie Future. Steven Hardy was DQ'ed, but he retained the title. Steven Hardy attacked him hitting him with the bang. Steven Hardy would then lose the title two weeks later to The Kid
