Pauly Richards is a American backyard wrestler who wrestles in Blood Sweat & Tears. He is a former holder of the BST Heavyweight Championship. Pauly has also competed for Bridgeview Wrestling Association.

Pauly made his debut for Blood Sweat & Tears in September of 2009, losing to long time rival Jack Havoc. At the BST supershow "No Remorse" Pauly was choosen to replace Papa Josh, who was sick, in the main event against The Icon. That match started a fued between Pauly and Icon that ended with Pauly winning the BST world title from Icon in a ladder match at "End of the Line." However during the match Pauly suffered a shoulder injury which forced him to vacate the title.
