Also known as the Flying Smiley Indifferents. A group of mercenaries wanted by practically every nation across the globe. Its sole goal is the advancement of power and prestige of its individual members. They will take any job they feel is worthy of their skills, but that doesn't mean they won't change their minds if something more enticing comes along. They are recruited by Ozzal to take care of the more troublesome citizens of Actonia. Not all of its members have been made known at the present time.

Amshel Goldsmith	Blood+	A scientist with an interest in the supernatural who is said to have become a monster himself. Assigned by Ozzal to kill Solomon. Impales Emiri and takes off with Byakuya's body after Emiri and Byakuya's fight.
Byakuya Kuchiki	Bleach	A former Soul Reaper, who is assigned by Ozzal to kill the Soul Reapers in the area (particularly Kira, Shunsui, and Nanao). Is dispatched by Emiri when he approaches the Syndicate base and attacks Kira. His body is taken away by Amshel.
Dracul "Hawkeyes" Mihawk	One Piece	Seeks a swordsman of equal skill to fight against. Assigned by Ozzal to kill Father Sadar. Decides that Sadar isn't an appealing enough opponent and fights Zoro instead.
Kagetoki Kariya	Samurai Champloo	A skilled samurai-assasin that usually does jobs for the government of the Land of the Rising Big Red Dot. Extremely skilled with the sword, and also able to summon blasts of energy. Considers Ozzal his "lord" after she employs the Enigma Eight, and defends her against Zeus and Kay El when they turn on her.
Itachi Uchiha	Naruto	An uber-ninja who killed off his entire clan just to see if he could. Assigned by Ozzal to kill Jean Pierrot. When his prey proves elusive, he returns to Comdot Estate and defeats Zeus and Kay El with his genjutsu after they turn on Ozzal.
