Wirt the Kitchen Boy, a covenfolk



Background

There was always something a bit dark about Wirt. By the age of five, he was constantly getting the short end of the stick, a fair amount of abuse and more often than not a beating for something he did not do. It did not help when the local church started making comments that perhaps the boy was possessed. It was about then that he decided to run away. From then he spent time alternating between the role of a street orphan, theiving waif and vagabond. A couple of times he tried to find a permanant home for himself, but eventually his nature made too people suspicious around him and he was driven off. Then one day he found his way to a place where half the people were as odd as him.



Description

Often with a rather sullen look on his face, Wirt is used to being treated badly and has even come to expect it. However, that does not mean that he likes it. He's kind of thin and scrawny, with sandy coloured hair and a twitchy nose. Not so tall at the moment, who knows how he'll end up as.
