Chirbury Hundred (Medieval)

A Hundred formed at the start of the 13th Century principally from Wittery Hundred

Much was lost in the 13th century to the Honour of Montgomery, the Honour of Halcetor, Upper Gorddwr and to Cause.

Offa's Dyke was fixed as the boundary between Chirbury Hundred and Montgomery lordship.
