History
La Révolution was started June 11th, 2007 by inuyashafan213 as the second coming of the AD Fanfic. The first AD Fanfic was The Cilliad, which was written by inufan213 and contained 73 chapters across many arcs. For La Révolution, inufan213 decided that the AD regulars would write the continuations of the story. This happened since inufan213 just didn't have the time to continue the story and the AD regulars wanted it their way... though they weren't even in Burger King...
The Website
The website for La Révolution was launched June 29th, 2007. HeeroYuy135 gets the credit for the idea of the website, and mgangel1124 gets the credit for the creation of the website.
The Plot
The story takes place in Actonia in the capital city of Orly. There's a revolution goin on and stuff.
La Révolution centers around the lives of the citizens governed by a tyranical Head Governor named Michelle Ozzal and the revolution that is planned to bring justice back to all of Actonia and liberate it from Ozzal's control.

# | Title | Author | Summary |
---|---|---|---|
01 | O Death | inuyashafan213 | While reading through a newspaper, Lucille "Cille" Compton notices a headline about a death-sentenced traitor from the infamous terrorist group, the Blacken Syndicate, named for its leader, Landon Blaken. The article offers no specific information on who the traitor, only that it is in fact a "he," driving Cille to worry when she suspects that the traitor is Landon, who is incidentally her former love interest. Her longtime friend, Eric Ominae, pays her a visit and attempts to settle her conscience. He departs only before Cille is informed that her adopted son, Raef, has been kidnapped. |
02 | Bakers Dozen | mgangel1124 | Hikki, a French baker in Luna's cafe, hears that Raef has been kidnapped. As one of the leaders of the new Syndicate, he calls a meeting to order. While most of the members drink, Hikki, who is French; Spice, who had her Spam factory shut down by Ozzal; Gottel, who had his ass mutilated during a previous riot; Angel, who's father was killed by her ex-boyfriend Matrix, who now works for Ozzal; and Captain Yemman, original Syndicate member who lost his mind after being tortured by Ozzal for information; plan their strategy of attack for rescuing Raef and the imprisoned would-be assassin. It involves cake and strippers. |
03 | Between a Man and a Woman | HeeroYuy135 | Heero and Riza, a freelance sniper team from Babblstan, arrive at Trunk's Pub for a quick drink of water. As Riza takes off to use the bathroom upstairs, Hikki finds out that the two are married and takes an opporunity to seduce Heero despite that fact, which results in Riza overracting by pulling a gun on him. Hikki later learns that they are freelancer snipers, and offers them a job in the Syndicate, which the duo accepts because all three of them share the same goal in taking down Ozzal. |
04 | Holding all the Cards | FurionTassadar | A mysterious scarred man (Goda!) discusses the recent capture of Landon and Raef with Major Tom Taredan. Meanwhile, another branch of the Syndicate (consisting of Father John Sadar, Kirara Amour, Wyatt Matthews, and Elizabeth Saurie St. Guardsman) meets at the Gunsmoke Inc. bar to discuss the plan to rescue Landon and Raef. They choose to help out by rescuing Raef while Hikki's team, from the Trunks' Pub, goes after Landon. |
05 | Drop the Bomb on Me | Kohikki | The plan to rescue the captives at Comdot estate is finally put in motion. Everything seems to be running smoothly until Emiri, a rather violent and possibly psychotic woman working under Ozzal confronts the members of the syndicate during their raid. The members of Father Sader's branch of the syndicate show up and free Raef, and it's discovered that Landon wasn't really captured in Comdot at all and it's likely that idea of him being the captive was only set up as an elaborate trap. Meanwhile, Emiri encounters Father Sader in the stairway where she learns that he may be more of a match for her than she had thought, making her incredibly interested in him. |
06 | Breaking the Case | pierrot-le-fou | Keith Douglas goes about some of his daily routines as he and his partner, Allen Black, investigate the break in at Comdot Estate. Keith later meets up with Wyatt Matthews, who was an old informant for the national police. Wyatt has recently joined back up with the syndicate and informs Keith of everything that happened the previous night. |
07 | Mad World | matrixman124 | Titled "Enter Ozzal," this chapter introduces the main antagonist of the story, Head Governor Michelle Ozzal. General Bernice Zoltron, the overseer of the war with Rantonia, discusses the current war plans with Ozzal. Meanwhile, the infamous, perverted Professor M. Matrix is finally introduced, along with his lab assistants, Larry Zorin and Amy. Larry thinks to himself about his misfortune. Suddenly, an explosion rocks Comdot Estate. Ozzal finds out that Matrix and his sidekicks are responsible. She scolds them. Tom Taredan enters as Ozzal tries acting sinister in order to inform her that her Hot Pockets are ready. |
08 | Brick House | mgangel1124 | After successfully rescuing Raef, the Syndicate members celebrate in Trunks' Pub when Hikki sees that Angel and the big stripper cake are missing. Angel has gone to Comdot to take revenge on Matrix. They talk, and Angel ends up being Matrix's personal dominatrix. Eventually, she cuts off his dick and takes back her father's book of inventions to fulfill her vengeance. |
09 | Deep Cover | HeeroYuy135 | Heero talks to Hikki about being part of the Syndicate as a member, which Hikki agrees and brings them on board. Then Heero and Riza go to the St. Maria's Cathedral to confess their sins. Priestess Nafah meets up with them inside the church and hears them out. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Charles Creme, one of Ozzal's assassins, gets a lead on Hikki's Syndicate group and decides to raid Trunk's Pub with a commando team to eliminate the Syndicate group and take Hikki into custody. They are met by Heero, Riza, and Trunks as a heated firefight occurs within the pub. Afterwards, Creme, Heero, Riza, and Trunks get involved in a Mexican Standoff, which results in Heero taking the first shot, Creme shooting at Heero, and the other two killing Creme. 21 soldiers, including Creme, die in the raid, and Heero is badly injured taking bullets in the shoulder, leg, and chest, but nowhere near any vital spots. |
10 | Into the Void: 1/2/3/4 | k_dawg_3484 | Heero is slaughtered by Emiri right before Riza's eyes. Unable to cope with the loss, even Angel is unable to deter her fate as she commits suicide. Matrix also revamps his technological breakthroughs, while Keith and Al discover Heero's body. |
11 | Steel Pulse | inuyashafan213 | Father Sadar and Samson are sent on a quiet mission by Hikki to gather information about the Blacken Syndicate from inside the Comdot Estate archives, in hopes of learning something useful against Ozzal and also seeing what the government has discovered about the Syndicate's activities and members. While analyzing reports on the ambush of Trunks' pub, Samson and Sadar discover that a mole was responsible for revealing the location of the Syndicate's headquarters. After reading the report on Heero's murder, they also learn that his killing was actually ordered by Ozzal. Samson's curiosity also leads him to check another file which he thinks is suspicious, uncovering a secret government operation involving homicidal athlete Jake Thompson and an assassination attempt against the President of Comedia. Sadar and Samson are interrupted when Jake himself appears and tries to kill them. They escape, but only to run into Emiri, and soon after Jake catches up. Samson is captured by Emiri, while Sadar escapes, bloody and battered, to St. Maria's Cathedral. Jake and Emiri follow him to the cathedral and attempt to finish him, but their attempt is foiled when Sister Leah Nafah arrives to defend Sadar and demonstrates unique and powerful spiritual abilities on the minions of Ozzal. After Jake and Emiri are chased away, Leah helps Sadar, who faints after stating his promise to return to the Estate and rescue Samson. |
12 | Fantastic Voyage | Cille | Cille's backstory is revealed, from her privileged upbringing and the addition of Raef to her family (first as her adoptive brother, and then as her son after the death of her parents) to her ill-fated whirlwind romance with Landon Blaken. After Raef's kidnapping, Cille sets about trying to find him and learn more about Landon's Syndicate, but she is unsuccessful until an enigmatic and speed-obsessed Alter user named Straight Cougar contacts her and brings her to the Syndicate (quite possibly saving her from being apprehended by Ozzal's minions). An emergency Syndicate meeting to discuss the deaths of Heero and Riza turns to planning a rescue operation to save Samson, and Cougar reveals new depths of Ozzal's dastardly world-domination plot. |
13 | We Didn't Start the Fire | pierrot-le-fou | Captain Yemman regains his memories, and in a chaotic effort to do what's right, he ultimately throws down a field of terror on the unsuspecting Bruce Herman as he tries to throw a house party. |
14 | A Tangled Web | SportsMaster | The aftermath of the riots the previous night is revealed to Bruce and his group. Roxie and her lab help Winry Rockbell are attacked by the Actonia police, and the bodies of Heero, Riza and Yemman are taken to Comdot Estate, at the request of Ozzal. Meanwhile, Roxie and Winry unknowingly head towards Bruce's manor. During their escape the story cuts to a flashback, where it is revealed that Jake Thompson is not only being held against his will, but has an eye-shaped needle port on his left shoulder that causes him to go beserk, and become a killing machine. Emiri tortures Jake for a while before heading upstairs to prepare for a fight with Father Sadar. Meanwhile the Penquin and his assosciate Justin seek out Luna and the syndicate. After meeting them the Penquin reveals the details behind the Spartes project, his motivations for killing Ozzal, and his plans to free Jake, and use him against Ozzal. The chapter ends with another look at a tormented Jake, and Ozzal being informed that the body siege is a sucess. Ozzal orders the bodies to Matrix, who has plans for them, and confidently predicts that she has prevailed victorious, laughing wickedly, startling a herd of birds off the roof of Comdot Estate, and they fly towards lower Actonia. |
15 | Escapar | LAZY17 | Larry takes his opportunity for freedom as he decides that lunch just isn't worth it. |
16 | Dragon's Teeth: 1/2/3/ 4/5/6 | FurionTassadar | So Goda comes up with this evil scheme to finish the Syndicate off once and for all, Mustang and Havoc show up looking for Riza and burn Keith's breakfast, ZOMG Lunge goes after Keith after he suspects him of having connections with the Syndicate, a lot of chaos and death happen as the Echelon (consisting primarily of some of Furion's favorite anime baddies) show up and start taking down Syndicate members left and right, and during all of this, a mysterious group of people with glass crosses show up and...well, act all mysterious. Oh, and at the end, Priestess Nafah manages to start Jake down the path of redemption, while Father Sadar and Emeri have a climactic battle in which Sadar first turns down a generous offer by Emeri and then shows her the door...the hard way. He also gets shot at the end by an Echelon sniper, but Schwarzwald shows up and saves him. Finally, when Ozzal hears about what the Echelon did, without her permission, she gets pissed. And something about taquitos.... |
17 | Interrogations Français | Kohikki | Roy and Havoc attempt to rescue Samson, Clarice and Hikki from Comdot estate. Hikki confronts Van Argeno, a man whom he loved and also felt betrayed by after he was the one responsible for their capture. At that time, Samson and Clarice discuss their reasons for joining the syndicate. Meanwhile, it would turn out that Jean isn't exactly done living quite yet. |
18 | Do What You Want | Myname | Matrix revives Captain Yemman in the same way frankenstein was created. He later battles Angel with his cybernetic member. Hilarity ensues. Yemman then wonders out of the estate, drinks, has a few flash backs to his early days. He meets with Kazuma and after a short talk they agree to attack Comdot Estate. |
19 | Back In The Day | HeeroYuy135 | The backstory to the country of Babblstan, Heero, and his first meeting with Riza are revealed, told by Relena Darlian, the current Prime Minister of Babblstan. According to the flashback, Ozzal invaded Babblstan in hopes of defeating the country and paving the way for the expansion of Actonia. The Babblstan military led by Heero fought back, and for two years the two countries were at war. When Ozzal made her final push into the capitol, Hollangrad, she assumed victory. But Heero led a fierce counterattack and drove them out of the city. A truce was called a short time later, and the two countries signed a peace treaty. Ozzal was sentenced to two years in prison for her actions in the war, and Heero was proclaimed a hero in Babblstan. The flashback also focuses on Heero's first encounter with Riza Hawkeye, who he found unconscious during the 2nd Battle of Hollangrad. When brought back to full health, she has amensia resulting from an explosion from a pipe bomb and does not remember anything related to the Actonia military, Roy Mustang, or the war. The two fall in love, get married, and move out into the countryside. A couple of years later, 3 men attempt to assassinate Heero at their ranch, and the two take out the threat. After finding out about the assassination attempt, the two pack up and become freelance snipers with a goal of taking out Ozzal and the Actonia government. This chapter also features Relena learning of the deaths of Heero and Riza, and Quatre and Duo, two Intelligence Officers from the Preventer Agency, figuring out that their deaths was a assassination attempt. |
20 | The Comedian Invasion Planning: 1/2/3 | PokeNirvash | This chapter focuses on Comedia's involvement in the revolution when they release their ultimate weapon: a female assassin known as Shipon Kaaba, a Rantonian assassin sent to kill Ozzal, and reflects on her past involving enjoyment of kill, new guys overpromoting the previous guy, and anti-streaking laws, as well as the origins of Amy and Falchie, the two weirdos who are in Actionia. |
21 | Reborn | Shuya_Nanahara | This chapter deeply impacts the story with the death of Lucille 'Cille' Compton. It also chronicles the new inventions of Matrix, with the introduction of three new characters, two of which are quite possibly the deadliest threat to the Blacken Syndicate yet. Two older characters are rebirthed, and have been brought to become new weapons at the disposal of Ozzal. Hikki now owns the Cafe de Lune in Luna's absence, and Eric is enraged with the death of Cille and is driven to exact revenge. Will Landon Blaken finally return to his status as the leader of the Blacken Syndicate and avenge Actonia against Ozzal? These questions, and many more, to be answered in following chapters. |
22 | From the Shadows | namek_kaia | The order reviews the status of their group as well as taking a look back to see where things stand. Meanwhile Keith Douglas pursues the path to the truth, while Eric Ominae is treated to a shocking surprise when he visits Landon Blaken. |
23 | When it Hits the Fan | SportsMaster | Landon is finally on the move. Pulling everyone together to rebuild the syndicate for their final stand against Ozzal. Eric Ominae is attacked by Shipon Kaaba during his horrific flashback of Mike Vanderjagt fudging up the AFC championship loss to Pittsburg and the subsequent death of his father. Somehow surviving the attack, Eric is saved by a figure resembling Peyton Manning. |
24 | Pulp Fiction | Kohikki | Cougar truns back time to rescue Cille, and Landon covers this fact by continuing to release to the press that Cille has died. Meanwhile, Spice hunts for Jake whilst Hikki, Clarice and Samson discuss living arrangements. |
25 | I Do: 1/2 | anime_goddess05 | With help from Ghost and Istari, Roxie and Winry come out of hiding. They go to the headquarters of the Order of the Glass, of which Roxie is a member. There Roxie and longtime love Solomon are reunited, but charged with another assignment. Meanwhile, Clarice, Samson, and Anne all move into the cafe, and romantic tensions begin to rise. Also, Keith gets attacked for the name of his informant. |
26 | The Darkness Arrives | yupat | With probing of Keith's and Yupat's intense investigation a harden fact comes to light about the past of Toonami. Winback and Ghostrek pay homage to the superfriends and pinky and the brain. A new hardened Assasain from Toonamia's past is recruited by Ozzal to re-investigate the war in babblstan. |

Allen Black | AlastourBlaque | Keith's partner and one of his closer friends. A regular at Luna's cafe, he has a daily routine of buying certain baked goods. Allen Black is short with dark hair and brown skin, he has gray eyes and a scruffy chin. He is also fairly skinny when you take into account all the pastries he eats. |
Amy | amalgam | The lovable, yet scary OTHER assistant of Matrix. She may have ADD. One of the diclonus created by LeVenture. She has a tendency to attack random people and bite the top of their heads. |
Angel Sarcasta | mgangel1124 | Relatively new to the revolutionary group. her father was killed by Matrix who left her to go work for Ozzal and stole her father's blueprints and modified them to suit his perverted ideas. Got her revenge by cutting off Matrix's pecker. Had a brief censored sex scene with Heero's wife Riza. She is captured by Alan Gabriel and brought to Matrix so he could have his revenge, but she escaped after Matrix's feelings weren't returned. She is now randomly running around in nothing but a white lab coat. |
April | LirpaYamEnujYluj | A master of disguises who does undercover field work for the Syndicate. He is also a transvestite, and very good at fooling people about his gender. Hikki calls him Avril, which tends to annoy him. He saves Cowboy during the raid on Gunsmoke Inc. |
Augustus Currency (Mr. Mogi) | Currency34 | A Psychiatrist that lives in Actonia, is very talented and has worked well with his patients, but has weaknesses for attractive women. He is currently considering firing Falchi for other assistants with bigger boobs. |
Band | bandnerdswimfan | A young priest Trunks encounters whilst escaping Vicious. He wishes to challenge Trunks' DDR score. A member of the Order of the Glass Cross, as evident by the fact he wears one. He also has inhuman speed. |
Big Z | Zenigundam | The head troll. |
Bruce Herman | Bherman | Everything about Bruce is big, his hands, neck, shoulders, head, pretty much everything. He is also very muscular and powerfully built, as he owns his own landscaping company. He is a common resident of Lower Actonia who is forceably involved in the riots after Yemman goes berserk. |
Captain Edward T. Panda | Pirate Panda a.k.a. mgangel1124 | Apparently is a Panda...and a pirate. Was Captain of the Black Pearl before Yemman, and was sort of his mentor. Presumably died in a flash back. Named after Black Beard. Is said to have Bear like Powers. |
Captain Yemman | myname | One of the original members of the Blacken Syndicate before they were sold out by one of its members. He was caught and tortured for information, and lost his mind in the process. Now he believes himself to be a pirate captain from the country of Yemen. Deceased as of chapter 13, then gets resurected in Chapter 18 as a Zombie... or something. |
Cid | cidthekittyisfun | Member of the mysterious Order of Glass. Partner and twin to Proof. Witnesses Jean's transformation. |
Clarice Rowe | QueenoftheDorks | Member of the revolutionary group (the branch of the syndicate headed by Hikki). Thinks Hikki is unfit to be a leader, but follows him anyway. Clarice might have feelings for Samson, but at the very least finds him cute. She joined the syndicate to help maybe make working conditions better for herself as she's been unable to find a job since Ozzal made economic conditions so poor. Currently living at Hikki's cafe after her house was repossessed. |
Cowboy | CowboyCadenza | Another Syndicate member, who wears glasses and a cowboy hat and likes to sing everything he says (at least until Spice gets mad at him and makes him stop). He shows up at a Syndicate meeting with a chello that he swiped from Hagi, whom he finds pretty damn hot. |
Creme | Creme | Another assassin of Ozzal. Dies in a raid to destroy Hikki's Syndicate group. |
Elizabeth Saurie St. Gaurdsmen | EdSpikeSesshyGirl | Syndicate member, Seemingly a somewhat reckless, agressive woman. Likes things "fast and hard." She successfully fights off a massive strike team by herself, but is captured soon after by legato Bluesummers. |
Emiri | Boxers | The bloodthirsty, yet oh so lovable assassin of Ozzal. She's crazeh. Especially when drunk... which is most of the time... Responsible for the murder of Heero. Aquires a somewhat disturbing fascination with Father Sadar after he wounds her during the joint Syndicate raid to free Landon and Raef. |
Eric Ominae | OMNI-Enforcer | Childhood friend of Lucille. He owned a weapons store in Orly, which was the capital of Actonia and incidentally the only dominantly upper-class city in the whole country. He was also a naval officer who retired after several long years of dedicated and diligent service. He was none too happy to hear of Cille's murder, but is mostly concerned with getting revenge against Mike Vanderjagt for blowing the big playoff game and being responsible for the death of his father. |
Falchi | FalchBurns | Young girl who likes to play DDR. May be related to Amy. Another Diclonus created by LeVenture. Mogi's secretary. |
Father John Sadar | FurionTassadar | Syndicate member, Apparently good at planning. Walks with a limp. Has had a mixed past. May be more than he appears. Is a former thief. Has infiltrated Comdot Estate to discover Ozzal's intel on the Syndicate. Fights Jake Thompson and Emiri with Samson. May have a relationship with Priestess Nafah. May be a member of the mysterious Order of the Glass Cross. This may also be the most bullet-detailed profile ever! |
Furion | FurionTassadar | Pecularly, the other members of the Order of Glass refer to Father Sadar as "Furion". |
The Inquisitor | Ghostrek | WINBACK's side kick, Though he's actually much wiser than he lets on. His constant barrage of questions seems to make WINBACK angry from time to time. |
Goose Maverick | Top_Gun | Matrix's newest creation... His parents are fans of the Top Gun movie, hence the name. He's been genetically altered to be the ultimate spy. He likes everything for some reason with the exception of Kuro/Fai. He also has a tentacrotch, thanks to Professor Matrix. |
Grant Orochi | the_great_orochi | An extremely indifferent boy who likes to play DDR. He's friends with Falchi. Very plain and generic looking in appearance. He also participates in the riots. |
Harold P. Gottel | lgott23 | Another resistance member, who is still bitter about having his *** mutilated by Ozzal's guards during a riot a couple years ago. Was captured by Kay El and Zeus, and is to be worked on and improved as a Potential ASSBORG! |
Hedwig | Shins? | Part of the Order of Glass. Spends most of his free time planning ways to stab and kill Proof, his mortal enemy and best friend. |
Heero Yuy | HeeroYuy135 | A freelance sniper who is a hero in his native country of Babblstan after defeating Ozzal in the Great War. Married to Riza Hawkeye, a former Actonia military sniper; both met after Heero found Riza unconscious with amnesia during the war. Both hired by Hikki's Syndicate group (by Hikki personally) to be a scouting team, eventually joining them. Heero carries around a scoped Karabiner 98 (Kar98k for short) in a case that both of them use, and both of them carry twin Colt M1911 pistols. Is fatally eviscerated by Emiri in Ch. 10; his guts and limbs are used to spell out Emiri's catchphrase: "Who the hell do you think I am?" His wife commits suicide after his death and a brief censored sex scene with Angel. |
Hikki Follet | Kohikki | Pastry Chef and owner of Cafe de Lune after Luna's departure. Leader of the revolution planning group. Is very French and apparently likes to flirt with people he finds attractive no matter the situation. Tends to make reckless decisions when it comes to overseeing operations. Hikki has a strange attachment to Samson, much to Samson's grief. Hikki was infatuated with Van Argeno prior to his death and now feels even more strongly about taking down Ozzal as her guards were the ones who killed him. |
Hill | fool_on_the_hill | Owner of a weapons store and friend of Trunks. |
Istari Erangua | IstariErangua | One of Istari's best attributes is her own self confidence and downplayed beauty, never flaunting or dressing in revealing clothing. However her looks and smart scholarly appearance are deceiving, you would never think that she bought her art store through her funds made by being the former lightweight champion of the world in vale tudo. |
Jake Thompson | SportsMaster | Famous baseball player turned homicidal killer. He attempted to assassinate the President of Comedia, but ended up killing off his entire team instead when they tried to stop him. He uses both a sword and a bat as his main weapons. He fights Sadar and Samson after they infiltrate Comdot Estate. In Chapter 14 Jake's past is shown, and it is revealed that he is being kept against his will, and that his homiciadal tendencies are a result of a secret serum, and an eye-shaped needle port in his back. The Penguin had plans to save him, but ended up double-crossing the syndicate instead. In a fight with Priestess Nafah however, Jake overcomes the serum that controls him, and refuses to kill her. Jake is now staying at Hikki's cafe. |
Jacob the Liar | jakobtheliar | Member of the mysterious Order of Glass. Apparently rides a motorcycle. |
Jean Pierrot | pierrot-le-fou | Jean is a fairly even tempered person, yet he has a chaotic and slightly insane minds view of the world and how he reacts to it. It seems that the one thing he really cares about are the people that have accepted him as his friends. During the riots, Samson notices that Jean is just like Emiri, in that he cares very little about human life. After absorbing the destructive blast from a powerful bomb, he is revealed to be a Proxy, and strangely enough the agent of creation. |
Justin Gudamen | JusticeGundam | A dude who did some stuff once. I think he hangs out with The Penguin. |
Kay El | Kagomes_Luver2789 | Intimidatingly tall and merciless, Kay El is the #2 in the Echelon organization, said to be the strongest physically without the need of the B-Stimulant. While Zeus is the brains of the duo, Kay El brings the muscle to their plans. Not much is known about his background, except for the fact that he gets angsty around guns. Very angsty. |
Kaia | namek_kaia | Member of the mysterious Order of Glass. Oringally from Toonamia and is a master of chi, which gives her supernaturally good jumping skills. |
Keith Douglas | k_dawg_3484 | A detective working for the National Police. Is currently investigating the confrontation between Emiri and the Syndicate, which has ballooned into a more massive plot to incite riots and revolution against the government. He's extremely good at his work. An extremely intelligent, often prying ladies man. However he is currently under investigation by Actiona Internal Affairs. |
Kirara Amour | kiraralove | Syndicate member who has a fondness for the word Freeman (likely a reference to Crispin Freeman, the American voice actor). Also, a double-agent from the mysterious Order of Glass who specializes in spy operations. |
Landon Blaken | Blah_canbespanish | Soldier and former fiance of Lucille whose family was killed by the military while protesting unfair laws. Left Orly a year ago after vowing to kill Ozzal and liberate the country. Nobody seems to know where he is, although he still seems to be influencing the goings-on of his organization. Reappears after Cille's "death" to take control of the Syndicate again. Has been working with future!Cille, who convinced him to allow his fiancee to be killed in order to ensure the success of the Syndicate against Ozzal. He seems to have become much more hardened and ruthless, and after learning of Cille's escape he propagates the story of her murder as a means of furthering his plans for the Syndicate. |
Larry Zorin | LAZY17 | The unlucky assistant of Professor Matrix. He was the top student in Action U. He was abducted soon after graduating. He really hates his life with Matrix and Amy. |
Lucille "Cille" Compton | Cille | Cille had a privileged upbringing as the only child of a prominent family in Orly. Her parents were killed in a car accident nearly two years before the current events, at which point her adoptive brother Raef legally became her son. She has a good reputation among the people of Orly, although there are some who resent her for her status and see her as an elitist. She has few really close friends, among them Eric Ominae and Luna Monegossde. She met and became engaged to Landon Blaken in a whirlwind romance that lasted until his abrupt departure a year ago, and while she has done her best to get over him she still longs to see him again and try to get some closure.
Cille has always been reluctant to get involved in the rebellion, but after Raef's kidnapping she sets about trying to find him and learn more about Landon's Blacken Syndicate. However, it is not until she is directly targeted by the Syndicate's enemies - and loses her home and her job in the process - that she resolves to devote herself to opposing Ozzal's tyrannical regime. Fortunately, she is taken under the wing of the protective Straight Cougar, a friend of Landon's and an ally of the Syndicate. Unfortunately, she is captured by Ryuho during the mass arrests of Syndicate members and sympathizers. While imprisoned she is brutally murdered by Spice, who is under the control of Matrix's latest mind-control drug. Upon learning of her death, a grief-stricken Cougar uses his incredible speed to literally turn back the world, allowing him to come to her rescue and take her to safety. The experience brings the two of them closer together, although they would probably both be reluctant to admit that they could be falling in love. It is subsequently revealed that a future version of Cille has come back and has been working with Landon to try to prevent the disastrous outcome of the war in her time. They allowed the present Cille to be captured by Ozzal in the hopes that she would be killed, believing this to be one of the keys to their success. Future!Cille accompanies Landon when he reassumes control of the Blacken Syndicate to advise the revolutionaries. |
Luna Monegossde | MoonGoddess17 | Owner of Cafe de Lune. Immigrated from Comedia, close friends with Lucille. Has left town as of Chapter 21. |

Organizations
The Blacken Syndicate | A revolutionary group created by Landon Blaken after his parents were killed by the Actionia military for protesting against Ozzal's unjust laws. The Syndicate consists of a menagerie of people (mainly AD board members) who share a similar hatred for Ozzal and the corrupt Actionia government. It is assumed that their eventual goal is the overthrow of Ozzal and the creation of a fairer government. Now, if only they could get their act together. Oh, and according to a chapter by mgangel, they disguise themselves in Mardi Gras outfits, but this has yet to actually happen in a chapter.... |
---|---|
The Echelon | A secret organization created by Ozzal to serve as a sort of special ops/secret police. So far, the organization has been made up primarily of [as] Action villains, with the sole exception being Emiri. Echelon agents tend to either work by themselves or with a contingent of Actionia soldiers. The true purpose of the Echelon is known only to Ozzal. In recent chapters, the Echelon got antsy and decided to capture both important members of the Syndicate and any civilians involved in the riot in Chapter 13, which kind of made Ozzal mad. In Chapter 21, the head agents of the Echelon, Zeus and Kay El, make their presence known in Actonia. |
The Order of Glass | The obligatory mysterious third organization. Whereas the Syndicate are technically the good guys, and the Echelon/Actionia government are the bad guys, the Order is meant to be the group that exists between the two, with questionable motives and methods of operation. "Ends justify the means" kind of people. Fortunately, they don't seem to like Ozzal all that much, and many of the members operating in Actionia are sympathetic to the Syndicate's cause. Their sole source of identification are their glass crosses, which they wear around their necks. These things have a tendency to flap around quite a bit in the wind, and will probably really hurt someone someday as a result. They also make great gifts. |
Preventer Agency | Babblstan's CIA and FBI. Two of its operatives, Quatre Raberba Winner and Duo Maxwell, are conducting an investigation into the deaths of Heero and Riza Yuy, and find out that their deaths was an assassination attempt by the Actonia government. (series of origin: Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz) |

- The fate of Raef's parents may be considered a reference to Winry's parents in Fullmetal Alchemist.
- Vespa and Guitar = Owned by Shipon. The guitar was originally Emiri's. (series of Origin: FLCL)
- The Diclonus Immigration = The incident where Actionia wouldn't allow the Diclonus in ther because of the anti-streaking laws. This parodies the incident where Kim Manning wanted [as] to pick up Elfen Lied, but the severe editing would make it unintelligible, causing Manning to decline the offer.
Other anime

- Avril Lavigne = A "crappy chick-rock singer" whose name is remarkably similar to what Hikki calls April.

Books
- Jean Valjean = The protagonist of Victor Hugo's Les Miserables set during the French Revolution. Valjean is a convicted theif who escapes from prison and begins his life anew as a changed man under the alias Father Madeleine. In La Revolution, Father Sadar mentions to Samson that he is a theif escaped from prison who has started a life anew, just like Valjean.
- The Count of Monte Cristo = Emiri is mentioned reading this book by Alexander Dumas in Chapter 10 of La Revolution and is later overheard by Samson and Sadar roleplaying a scene in the book with Kira as Edmond Dantes, Dumas' main character, and herself as Mercedes, Edmond's love interest.
- The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Emmuska Orczy = The book that Cille finds in Ghost's Book Shop. Also, the early relationship between Landon and Cille is reminiscent of the courtship of Percy and Marguerite. (At least the actual Cille thinks so.)

Inufan213's Unglorified Departure
I didn't really say good-bye without explaining myself. I just grew so stressed with the boards in relation to my personal life; I didn't realize that I was doing so bad with my studies last year, and I can partly attribute the cause of my poor marks and my inability to focus to nothing other than the ASMB. This is my final year of high school, and I don't want to get f'ed up right at the end of my run. A year of straight A's is all I want, and I can't have any distractions. :(
So, since you guys were probably my best friends, I feel bad having left you so soon, I was just having a nervous breakdown and needed to end it. I know you guys will grow to forget I existed eventually, but I still know you guys are great people. You made my experience on the boards worthwile and, actually, I learned so many valuable things from you guys.
It was great run, you guys.
