Page formatting/headers

I understand that this page is meant to be taken from an address, but I think it could do with some headers to split up the text. This would better divide the page and make it easier to read.

Probably a series of headers with 3 equals signs '===' so you don't also get the line across the page.

What do you think? And where should the page be broken?

I have added a few double spaces as a basic breaker,b ut I think the headers would be better.
