A lunar body orbiting Neuostland, the Xth planet in the Chimera System. Containing the governmental body ruling Neuostland, it is primarily composed of the offices of (whatever offices).

The large planetary defence facilities on Arminius have been criticised by human rights activists for their seemingly wasteful positioning - their placement around the equatorial belt of the moon means that at all times system defene facilities are simoultaneously guarding the system, and pointed at their own planet.
