The first Prime Minister of Loslakia and first member of government with no links in the Military. As a result the first Commander in Chief of the army was appointed as General Luttwitz, who currently leads the Empire's forces in the defence of Plodas, a colony of the Loslakian Empire. Karl Noske was a wealthy banker, who was forced into exile due to his opposition to the communist regime. The only politician to criticise the regime and the eventual canditate that would destroy Communism in Loslakia. Throughout his term he was weakened the grip Communism had on the Parliament, Army and the people. Civil Freedoms fully restored and a united people who strive for Democracy. This marks the first uncorrupt government to lead Loslakia in centuries and is held within the International Community as a step in the Right direction.

Founded the Loslakian National Party in 1999 at the age of 30. The party underwent rapid growth and soon became a major opposition group to the Communist regime. Karl Noske faced little opposition since leading the party for 16 years. His son Edward Noske has joined the party and is likely to take over the party when his father resigns. Elected into Government with the Communists only 10 seats behind, it was a close election and with the next election not far in the future, many hope a majority can be secured and democracy embedded in the foundations of Loslakia.
