A good part of him is based on Season 4 of Supernatural, and a good part of him is based off of a game I once played him in on IJ. He is the reluctant partner-in-crime to Ms. Leigh, aka Penemue, aka his whatever-they-call-girlfriends-Upstairs prior to 'The Incident' (what he'll start calling it soon enough). They have a reestablished an "Angelbrain" connection due to some... hot past discretions.
