City walls

This element of The Cities & Knights of Catan allows for better protection against the Robber when a seven is rolled.

A city wall costs 2 brick and may be placed under any of your cities or metropolises (not settlements).
For each city wall, the card limit if a "7" is rolled is increased by 2. Example: A player builds a city wall and the next player rolls a "7". The player with the city wall only has to remove cards from his or her hand if he or she has more than 9 cards.
Each player may build up to 3 city walls.
City walls are cumulative (1 wall = 9 card limit, 2 walls = 11 card limit, and 3 walls = 13 card limit).
If a city is destroyed, so is the city wall.
