Your heart sinks as you look around. Your father must have attempted to abandon you in the forest once again. You feel the sting of scratches from his claws. You tilt your head, but you hear nothing. You always hear nothing, as you have been deaf from birth. However, you do smell the scent of water in the air, and there is a thick haze coming from the North.
