Proposal: How does this sound?:

"No user may make any personal attacks on another user (i.e., unconstructive insults, profanity directed at a user, attacking someone's religious beliefs), whether warranted or not. Administrators shall be responsible for judging the nature of comments made and determining if they qualify as personal attacks or not. Remember, always talk with others in a mature and civil manner."

I also think we should only give one warning to users who violate this rule (instead of two) before blocking them. -- P.B. Pilhet 14:23, 18 April 2007 (EDT)
