CIT, or Counselor In Training, is, according to Calvin Yu, a cheap reason to not pay a counselor his/her salary at the end of camp. The idea debuted in 2007, where Darrell Chan was CIT of B5, Calvin Yu for B4, and U-Hsen Li for B2.
