Achot is the sisterhood chair position on chapter and council/regional. As of right now, Gjhrr is the only region that has this position on council and there is no sisterhood chair on the international level. The chapter achot has the respnsibility ha the responsibility to create quality programming that encompasses the sisterhood fold. The council achot is responsible for looking over these programs and making sure sisterhood programming is next level. This position is highly important to the success of a chapter. Sisterhood programming creates a sisterhood and retains members by creating a safe space for them. It truly is one of the best positions if not the best position on council and maybe even chapter.
