Abayomi Camara Carey (born November 20th, 1990), better known by his stage name King Abs (stylized as KING ABs), is an American rapper and music video director. Born and raised in the New York City neighborhood The Lower East Side, he is a member of the hip hop collective NEW LURK CITY.

Born in 1990, Carey was 1 of 5 kids in a houehold of 6 included his mother. When he was 13 years old, he atteded an aterschool music program & started off musically as an Producer, a year later he was caught freestyling over his instrumentals & was told he was pretty dope for his, which inspired him to take rapping seriously. Carey, who had started rapping at age 10, grew up admiring Harlem-based rap group The Diplomats, and also lists among his influences Pimp Daddy, Do Or Die, Uncle Luke, Wu-Tang Clan, Poison Clan, Run DMC, How To Dress Well and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

In 2009, ABs & a couple local friends assembled the hip hop crew New Lurk City, a collective of rappers, producers, graphic designers and music video directors. New Lurk City then took over NYC undergrounds scene from their parties to performances. They have a couple of quotes such as "Never Not Lurkin" & pick up a symbolic number 86 (which mean to kick out or terminate)

On March 10, 2012, an unofficial track titled Last Train In New York was released, which according to ABs, was a the 1st single off his Mixtape tite THE MACK EP.In September, his first single "Futuristic Pimpin" was released onto the internet in September 2012 and within weeks received airplay on the high-profile 105.1 New York radio station. Music videos for "Lurk Pass" and "Tarantino" from THE MACK EP,generated further buzz and resulted in KING ABs signing to NEWLURKCITY Recs. KING ABs has yet to released the mixtape "THE MACK EP: Keepin It Very Vulgar For 2012", featuring both songs.

KING ABs is planning on releasing is Mixtape on his Birthday Nov.20th
