Origins
The only known Kanohi Mendel is currently worn by Lord Toa Harkha. It was not given to him, nor did he forge it himself. When he became a Toa, his mask was mutated from a powerless Kaukau into a Mendel, albeit shaped as a Kanohi Suletu. To this day, that specific Kanohi Mendel still exists, still worn by Toa Harkha.
Powers
The Kanohi Mendel allows the wearer to manipulate anything in existence in a manner rather like "Play-Doh"; that is, he could shape anything how he wanted. Unlike most Kanohi, the Mendel tires them wearer rather quickly, as a compromise for its superior power; however, this only affects normal Toa and any lesser mask-wearing beings. Toa Nuva, Makuta and other stronger mask-wearing species do not get tired by usage of a basic Great or Noble Mendel.
Example Usage
One notable use is when Lord Toa Harkha used it to revert the Hordika-infected Dlakii, Lai, Thekoo, Dreiken and iKKF to their original Toa and Turaga forms.
