The Crackpot was a ship utilised by the Pirate Captain for an extended period of time. On two occasions, Dlakii has made use of it for travelling purposes; the first time was a trans-universal journey from Port Spirit to the island of Mata Nui, and the second journey was from Port Spirit to Kaku Nui. In the latter of these journeys, the Crackpot was wrecked by a vicious storm and never seen again; the Captain replaced it with a superior ship called the Battle Axe.

The Crackpot was of a reasonable size, containing quarters for its fifty-strong crew in addition to guests and captives. It had a deck vast enough that large-scale skirmishes with opposing vessels could be held with ease, should the need arise. The captain's cabin was noticeably spacious but threadbare, with little in the way of furnishings.
