- by Vince Powell. Barry Evans in "Brief Re-Encounter". The return after 25 years of an old admirer of the principal, Miss Courtney, sweeps the frosty lady off her feet. But Brown finds he is the one who has to pick up the pieces.

- with Dustin Gee, Patti Gold, Michael Barrymore, Susie Blake, Jeffrey Holland, Bella Emberg. Cliff Richard, Elton John, Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra and Adam and the Ants will not be appearing in tonight's show.
