Along the same lines as "i got bored when i didn't have a band. so i started a band" from Positive Jam, this is an autobiographical nod to Craig Finn and Tad Kubler forming a band after disbanding Lifter Puller. More specifically, they are returning to "bar band" americana/rock, music they grew up with.
