Before Slink learned to draw, he made Sonic Comics using a method known as Circle art. It entails creating a circle for the hear, a half-oval for the body, and then pasting on a face, arms, and legs. Yes, you could usually see the body through the arm. This was prevalent in the Sonic Comic era until the very end where Slink actually began erasing that line.

Circle art isn't used anymore, but Slink is still capable in drawing it exactly the same way even now.

Circle art begat New And Improved (NAI) art, which attempted to switch from circle art to the more modern art style, but generally failed until much later.

Currently, Slink's art style is officially known as "00ber-d00ber NAI".
