From Sjcs2000

As everybody knows, the origial Batch 2000 website has been down for almost 3 years already. Even though I wanted to find time to put it up again, I didn't. There were a lot of reasons why I didn't do it, but the main reason is time and where should I put it. The previous webhost I used deleted my account due to inactivity. Also the original site was still buggy, and with the webhost gone, so went my interest in trying to fix it.
During the Holy Week of 2006, I suddenly got an epiphany. Why not host our website again, this time in a WIKI? As with the design of our original website, my goal was that it should be dynamic enough so that people can edit it when new information is gathered. Or when there is some wrong information, others can just edit it anytime. It also allows me to just sit back and the website can grow by itself.
But the problem is that I need a lot of effort to create/fix the original site. But this time around, I need not think of how to do it anymore, but just set the WIKI up and let everyone start contributing. It saves a lot of time on my part as the system is already there that can suit my needs.
Well I hope you like the new and improved SJCS 2000 Website. Although currently there are a lot of blank pages, but through our collaborative effort, we can make this something that will unite us again wherever we are right now. Thank you and God bless...
