Barker was once a well-respected craftsman and artist of the White Tree Freehold, until his Keeper returned and spirited away his last surviving relative - right from under his nose. Broken by his failure to protect his family, he now secludes himself in a loft apartment filled with his "Great Work" - he paints the vistas of Arcadia, hoping to open a path to his lost sister. As time wears on, however, he has become trapped in his own bizarre dreams of heroism, and his paintings are beginning to resemble his own Oneiros rather than Arcadia. Still, occasionally, one of his works includes a snippet of prophecy, or a useful clue that can help another, saner Changeling achieve their goal.
