From Reydala

Notrasgard, another large district up against the eastern fringe. More temperate than Reistelm and more shielded from giant attacks. Has a significant dwarven population, and there are many holds scattered about the mountain. Perhaps the greatest district for smithing of all kinds and has an impressive record of victories in that field.
