When I first heard of the movie "Suddenly", featuring Frank Sinatra, I had high hopes. Within the first few minutes, those hopes were shot down in flames.

The acting is worthy on an Ed Wood z-movie. With the exception of Sinatra (who was great), it was mostly laughable. I was literally cheering when that kid got smacked in the face.

To its credit, the plot is quite original. It had a lot of potential, but this promising film "suddenly" turns sour.
