Eragon is a great book. It starts when a young teenager, Eragon, is looking for food in the woods called The Spine. Villagers from Carvahall think it's hanted. He goes to the deli to trade his egg for money to buy food for his family. A trader luckily buys him food, since the cashier wont give him money. That night, His dragon hatches. Her name is Saphira. One day after hanging out in the woods, he finds his father dead. He travels to find the people who killed his father, with the help of the local storyteller. They travel across the country and meet a person who helps them find The Varden. Some days after he finds the Varden, the village gets under attack in witch the tunnels the used to use. By that time, he is skilled in magic. The book ends when he finds rest in his cave.
