Death

You can die in one of two ways:

- A monster kills you

- A player kills you

Deaths by a monster

If you are killed by a monster you will be warped back to the town of Llirrem and the amount of points you need to raise your level is raised according to your current level. This is what is known as an experience hole.

Deaths by a player

If you are killed by a player in PK then you will be warped back to the town of Llirrem and you will leave a corpse with all the money you had on hand. Other players can pick up this money.

If you are killed by another player in PVP then your opponent gets all the money you had on you when you lose.

It is also worthy to mention that if you battle another player in PVP outside of a safe zone such as the town of Llirrem then once you return to the normal game screen the player who defeated you can also PK you if that person is quick enough. It is considered by some to be low but it is not against the rules.
