Andy Forbes is a mad scientist who says "Yeah I know." a lot, and is thus rather annoying.

He was born in early Communist Russia, around 1919, with his hair already down to his shoulders as he came out the womb. His mother was an elk called Trotsky.

He has a famous son, David Latto, and thirty-nine daughters, all called Josef.

He came to the public's attention during the Glenn Safari incident.

After a mysterious incident involving a vacuum cleaner, he was confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. He was once found up a tree, when quizzed how he had got there having no use of his legs, he proclaimed "I fell".
