From Phonology

[edit] Me:

Hi, yourself.

As an old chinese tradition, people always treat names with a lot of discretion. Generally they won't address someone directly with name (in Chinese:名), as an alternative, courtesy name 字 or 號 are used, but just for compeers. For seniors or superiors you should show more courtesy and respection, so we call them commenly with official positions or birthplaces. It's really tedious, isn't it? But it is also a good excuse for me to avoid expose my real name in vitual world. So, you can call me Blankego or in Chinese 有女同車. Maybe I'am just a bit shy, sorry about the inconvenience.

In addition, there is some literary quote to my Chinese pseudoname. It's an ancient poem, from an anthology in Zhou Dynasty. If you have a good understanding in ancient Chinese. It's a quite pleasurable verse to read:

有女同車,顏如舜華。將翺將翔,佩玉瓊琚。彼美孟姜,洵美且都。
有女同行,顏如舜英。將翺將翔,佩玉將將。彼美孟姜,德音不忘。
