What is Mintel marketing intelligence?

Mintel marketing intelligence consists of a series of reports, each on a separate aspect of the UK’s consumer markets. It is a premium source of marketing information, with approximately 120 new reports added each year. The reports are written by analysts with relevant experience of their markets, and vetted by leading industry figures before publication; original research is commissioned for almost all reports.


All reports include analyses of market factors, market trends and sizes, distribution channels, supply structures, promotional strategies, the consumer, future opportunities and weaknesses, and market value/size forecasts. There is also a news section, containing data from a wide range of marketing magazines and newspapers, and a collection of various useful lists and factfiles. required to view PDF files and is available on University networked PCs, it is also available free for installation from Adobe.
