Scratch is an online aplcipation that allows you to create and share your very own animations, stories, games, music and art. Scratch can be very easily incorporated into the classroom. All you need to have is access to a computer lab. Scratch allows you to create you own program or use someone else's for educational purposes and personal fun. There are a variety of programs to choose from. There are many games that can be played out of school but there are also many educational games that could to along with a lesson being taught in the classroom. I searched for math games in particular because I feel like younger students especially learn more when they are having fun in the process. The site gives the students a chance to have fun playing a game, yet learning math at the same time.Something I didn't like about this aplcipation is that once you get to the game or program you want, it takes a couple minutes to load, which may be a little inconvenience during class time. Another thing I don't like about this site is that it takes a lot of searching to find a game that wouldn't be too hard for the students to understand and play. Some of the instructions of the games are way to complex and hard for the younger students to understand.
